Standard Terms and Conditions for India FinTech Forum: Organizing IFTA

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of India FinTech Forum. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
2. Use of Website You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
3. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights of the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.
4. Event Bookings a. All bookings made through the website are subject to availability. b. IFTA details, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. c. Payments for bookings are non-refundable unless the IFTA is canceled by us. d. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet any age or other criteria required for the IFTA.
5. Cancellations and Refunds a. If an IFTA is canceled by us, attendees will be offered a full refund. b. Attendees who wish to cancel their participation must notify us in writing. Refunds for cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. There won’t be any refunds if tickets are canceled.
6. Liability a. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature. b. We will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage. c. We will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business, goodwill, reputation, data, or information.
7. User Content Users may post reviews, comments, and other content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, and does not infringe on intellectual property rights or these terms and conditions. Registration related data including contact information shall be shared with the respective organiser of workshop/ masterclass for better coordination.
8. Variation We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website.
9. Indemnity You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
