Lokyata provides AI/ML- driven customer analytics for social impact lenders to better understand their customer base, provision scores across multiple dimensions of the customer profile, and engage the customers using AI/ML transparency technology that provisions “decision codes” used to generate personalized messages. The decision codes are used to generate real-time messages to loan applicants telling them why the loan decision was made then how they can improve their credit worthiness in the future. The multidimensional scores and codes are used to screen and segment the customer base for other batch customer messaging campaigns around marketing, product recommendations,and financial literacy as way to increase revenue, promote loyalty, and reduce churn.
